Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) Invites applications from candidates qualified in relevant fields forpermanent absorption in total 750ACIO Officers Vacancies in Intelligence Bureau (IB).

ACIO stands for Assistant Central Intelligence Officers. Eligible candidates may apply for these vacancies and seleted candidates will be absorbed in a payscale of 9300 - 34800 (Approx 41000/Month).

• Date of Result Declaration :Oct 31, 2013.
• Interviews :Nov 16 - 23, 2013.

Selection Procedure

•  Selection will be based on the basis of performance in Written Examination and Personal Interview.
• Written examination contains two papers, Paper I (Objective) and Paper-II (Descriptive on English language only). Total duration for both Papers is 1 hour and 40 minutes. Paper I will have General Awareness/General Knowledge, Reasoning, Comprehension and Mathematical ability while Paper II will be designed to check the knowledge of English writing skills and analytical capabilities.
• Candidates will be shortlisted from Written Examination and will be called for interviews later.

Application Procedure

• The fee is Rs. 100 for General/OBC and Nill for All Others. The payment mode (Online or Offline) is to be choosen in part - 2 of online application form.
• Online payment is to be made using internet banking facility of State Bank of India or ATM-cum-Debit card of State Bank of India.
• Offline Payment is to made After Filling the Online Application Form and using the challan generated after part -2 of online application.
• The payment of fees can be done using the generated payment challan from second day of application. The registration can be confirmed only after the fee is paid.
• Application should be made Online. Candidates need to register ONLINE by Aug 12 along with all required details mentioned carefully.
• After applying online, take two prints of application form. Keep one for future use and second copy of this application form is to be used in the Interview process.
